Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Quadient Template Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating interactive templates, reusable components, data mapping, and document composition while ensuring high-quality customer communications across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates, forms, letters, notices, and interactive documents using Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive.
Create, update, and maintain Interactive templates, base templates, and reusable communication assets.
Develop reusable content blocks, fragments, shared components, and template libraries to improve maintainability.
Configure Interactive forms, correspondence templates, and other Quadient Interactive components.
Implement business rules, conditional logic, dynamic content, and personalized customer communications.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and manipulation using structured data sources.
Process and integrate data from XML, JSON, and CSV formats.
Design complex document layouts with dynamic tables, branding elements, pagination, advanced formatting, and layout management.
Configure and manage user groups, roles, permissions, and tenant onboarding activities within the Quadient platform.
Support approval workflows, template lifecycle management, and governance processes.
Perform unit testing, template validation, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality customer communication solutions.
Participate in deployment activities and provide ongoing enhancements for enterprise communication platforms.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, document quality, and best practices.

Experience developing complex, personalized, data-driven communication templates.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing enterprise-scale CCM solutions.
Knowledge of cloud-based communication platforms and Azure services.
Experience integrating Quadient with enterprise applications through REST APIs.
Familiarity with print and digital customer communication delivery channels.
Exposure to financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
