About Demould

Demould is one of Delhi's leading premium bakery and gifting brands, specialising in handcrafted desserts, luxury hampers, corporate gifting, B2B offerings & hi-tea experiences. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can build partnerships, generate revenue, and create long-term business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Generate new business opportunities through corporates, event planners, wedding planners, venue owners, hotels, cafés, restaurants, educational institutions, hospitals, co-working spaces, gifting companies, luxury retail brands, and other strategic partners.
Identify and develop new sales channels for bakery products, premium gifting, customized hampers, desserts, and corporate solutions.
Continuously explore untapped markets and collaboration opportunities to expand Demould's reach.

Partnership & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct regular meetings with decision-makers to generate repeat business.
Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
Ensure exceptional post-sales relationship management for customer retention.

Sales Ownership

Take complete ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure by working together with Sales Head
Personally handle key accounts while managing lead allocation within the team.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Strategic Planning

Plan business development activities well in advance for festive seasons such as Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, corporate gifting seasons, wedding seasons, and other key occasions.
Develop monthly action plans and sales calendars to maximise seasonal revenue.
Identify emerging market trends and recommend new products, services, or business opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Development

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brochures, catalogs, presentations, pricing sheets, and sales collateral remain updated.
Suggest new marketing initiatives based on customer feedback and market demand.
Represent Demould at exhibitions, networking events, trade shows, and business forums.

Events & Activations

Identify opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, flea markets, corporate activations, and experiential events.
Coordinate and execute these events from planning to completion.
Evaluate ROI and generate future opportunities from each activation.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team.
Ensure timely follow-up of leads by all team members.
Review daily activities, weekly targets, and monthly performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, closures, and forecasts.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable insights.
Track conversion ratios and continuously improve the sales process.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with operations, production, design, gifting, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with the kitchen and gifting teams for timely delivery of client orders.
Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled with high quality and within timelines.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Luxury Gifting, Events, Retail, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Highly organised with strong planning and execution skills.
Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and business travel across Delhi NCR.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and AI tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
