About Us:

VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad-based fast-growing startup focused on cloud-based ERP solutions. We design and develop ERP and Point of Sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries across India and international markets.

What you will bring:

8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in backend, frontend, and cloud-based application development.
Proven experience working as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with responsibilities in team leadership, mentoring, and technical ownership.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem for building scalable enterprise applications.
Solid practical experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Experience working with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API-driven development.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, will be an added advantage.* 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in backend, frontend, and cloud-based application development.

Continuously improve application scalability, operational efficiency, monitoring, logging, system reliability, and production readiness across environments.

Identify and proactively address technical debt, architectural gaps, performance bottlenecks, and long-term maintainability challenges.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Business, and customer delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high-quality product delivery.
Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, effort estimation, release planning, and technical roadmap discussions.
Handle critical production issues, technical escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, deployment activities, and operational support processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, modern engineering trends, AI-driven solutions, and evaluate suitable tools, frameworks, and intelligent automation opportunities to enhance product capabilities and developer productivity.
