Senior Inbound Marketing Manager- Paradiso Solutions

Location: Remote

About the role

We are an established, profitable B2B enterprise software company hiring a Senior Inbound Marketing Manager to own our inbound demand generation across SEO, paid search, and social media as one combined function. You will set strategy, own the number, and lead a small execution team. The mandate is to drive qualified pipeline of enterprise buyers — in a search landscape that AI is actively reshaping.

What you'll own

Inbound strategy end to end across organic (SEO), paid search, and social — a single accountable owner for the combined pipeline number.
Modern SEO: commercial-intent content architecture (comparison, category, alternative-to, pricing pages), original-authority content, and optimizing to be the cited source in AI answer-engines — not just the ranked link.
Paid search: Google Ads strategy and management — campaign structure, bidding, quality score, conversion tracking, and budget efficiency.
Social media: owning B2B social channels for demand and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Leading and developing a marketing team of roughly 5–7 — setting direction, coaching, and raising capability.
Defining and reporting the metrics that matter: pipeline, qualified signups, CPL/CPA, and AI-answer citations.

Requirements

B2B product software (SaaS) background — you have owned inbound inside a B2B software company and think in pipeline and revenue. Agency, B2C, and services backgrounds do not transfer to this role.
Paid search mastery — genuine hands-on depth in Google Ads (AdWords) with real monthly spend under your ownership, not organic expertise with paid attached.
Classical SEO fundamentals plus AI-era fluency — deep command of the fundamentals and demonstrable, fast-moving fluency in the shift to AI answer-engines and citation-based visibility.
Social media marketing experience — has run B2B social tied to demand and pipeline.
Team leadership — has directly led and grown a small team (5–7); developing people is half of this job.
Fully remote — disciplined, transparent, and accountable operating with autonomy.

Experience

Senior inbound / growth marketing ownership inside a B2B software (SaaS) company.
Hands-on management of a paid search budget with meaningful monthly spend.
Prior direct people-management — not a first-time manager in this seat.
