Performance Marketing Executive / Content Expert

About the Role

Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Content Expert who can combine strong paid advertising skills with creative content and campaign strategy.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, content creation, and analytics, along with a strong understanding of how content influences performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Develop effective strategies for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Monitor key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.

Content & Creative Strategy

Develop engaging content ideas for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Write compelling ad copies, headlines, captions, scripts, landing page content, and marketing messages.
Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create performance-driven creatives.
Develop content strategies based on target audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
Understand different content formats including Reels, Stories, carousels, video ads, static ads, and short-form content.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats suitable for different platforms.

Analytics & Tracking

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and advertising platforms.
Work with Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for conversion tracking.
Track leads and conversions and identify performance trends.
Maintain campaign dashboards and documentation.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data.

AI & Digital Marketing

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered marketing tools for content research, ideation, copywriting, campaign planning, and optimization.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools and digital marketing trends.
Explore AI-assisted approaches to improve content production and campaign performance.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Paid Advertising.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
Experience working with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
Experience handling campaigns across different industries is an added advantage.
