Our work spans child development, parent education, therapy, research, digital education, community engagement and public awareness. Content plays an important role in helping us communicate these ideas clearly and meaningfully to parents, professionals and the wider community.
We are looking for a Content & Creative Executive who can contribute across the content creation process, from developing ideas and preparing visual assets to managing social media content and producing basic video content.
Role Summary
The Content & Creative Executive will support IND's organic content and digital communication efforts across social media and other platforms.
The role requires someone with a working understanding of graphic design, social media management and basic video editing, along with a strong interest in emerging AI tools and their application in content development.
This is a hands-on execution role. The candidate should be comfortable learning new tools, experimenting with different content formats and turning ideas into publishable content.
The candidate need not be an expert in every area. We are looking for someone with a good creative foundation, strong execution ability and the curiosity to continuously expand their capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
* Assist in developing content for IND's social media and digital platforms.
* Convert ideas, discussions, research and organisational activities into engaging content.
* Support the development of educational, awareness, community and promotional content.
* Work on both short-form and long-form content as required.
* Adapt content appropriately for different platforms and audiences.
* Assist in maintaining consistency in IND's tone, visual identity and communication standards.
2. Graphic Design
Create and adapt basic visual assets including:
* Social media posts
* Carousels
* Infographics
* Educational visuals
* Event and webinar creatives
* Promotional materials
* Presentation graphics
* Thumbnails
* Basic marketing collateral
The candidate need not be an advanced graphic designer, but should have a good visual sense and be able to independently produce clean, usable designs.
3. Social Media Management
* Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
* Prepare, schedule and publish content.
* Adapt content for different platforms.
* Monitor comments, reactions and engagement.
* Identify content formats and themes that perform well.
* Support experimentation with new content formats.
* Help maintain consistency and regularity of publishing.
4. Video Content
* Perform basic video editing for short-form and social media content.
* Edit reels, shorts and simple educational videos.
* Add captions, text overlays, transitions and basic graphics.
* Assist with editing longer-form content where required.
* Prepare thumbnails and supporting visual assets.
* Repurpose existing long-form video into shorter content pieces.
5. AI-Assisted Content Development
The candidate will be expected to remain comfortable with emerging AI-enabled tools and incorporate them into appropriate parts of the content workflow.
This may include:
* Developing and refining content ideas
* Structuring scripts
* Improving written content
* Creating visual concepts
* Assisting with translations and adaptations
* Repurposing long-form content
* Supporting image and video creation
* Improving content production workflows
Prior expertise in AI is not mandatory. Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn are essential.

Help transform existing IND content into multiple formats.
Podcast / Webinar / Lecture
→ Long-form article
→ Short-form clips
→ Reels
→ Carousel
→ Quote cards
→ Educational posts
→ Email / WhatsApp content
The ability to recognise how one piece of content can generate multiple useful assets will be highly valued.
7. Content Operations
* Maintain organised folders and repositories of creative assets.
* Maintain content calendars and production trackers.
* Track pending content, approvals and publishing schedules.
* Ensure final assets are correctly formatted and archived.
* Maintain appropriate naming and versioning of creative files.
* Coordinate with storytellers, scriptwriters, marketing team members and other content contributors.

A post, promotional creative or educational visual.
2. Carousel / Infographic
Demonstrating ability to communicate information visually.
3. Short-form Video
A reel, short, educational clip or edited social media video.
4. Written Content
A caption, article, script, social media post or other piece of content demonstrating writing ability.
5. Creative or AI-Assisted Work
Any example demonstrating experimentation with AI tools in content development, design, video, research, ideation or production.
Applicants do not need to have all five. The purpose is to understand their creative thinking, execution quality, visual sense, content judgment and ability to work across formats.
Portfolio submissions may include professional work, academic projects, freelance work, personal projects or self-initiated work.
