We work with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients to develop technology-driven solutions that address real-world business challenges.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interns.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales, business development, lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and sales pipeline management. The selected candidates will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and gain practical experience in a professional technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential B2B prospects across relevant industries.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate professional conversations with prospective clients.
Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Assist the sales team in lead qualification, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
Maintain accurate and updated lead, prospect, and activity records in CRM systems.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to support pipeline development.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on lead-generation and outreach initiatives.
Track outreach activities and provide regular updates on lead status and progress.
Learn and apply B2B sales, consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and the company's technology offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, Technology Sales, or Client Engagement.
Comfortable communicating with prospective customers through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Candidates with a CGPA of 7.0 or above are preferred.

Internship Structure

The internship is structured as a 6-month full-time program designed to provide progressive learning and practical exposure.

Month 1: Unpaid training and skill-development phase.
Months 2–6: Performance-based stipend will be provided based on individual performance and contribution.

Full-time employment opportunities may be offered based on performance and organizational requirements.

Initial Training Phase: Structured training focused on sales fundamentals, product understanding, communication, prospecting, lead generation, and CRM practices.
Performance Phase: Opportunity to work on live sales activities, contribute to lead generation and business development initiatives, and demonstrate practical sales capabilities.
