To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist within the Pharma Solutions Business Group! This position will be located in Mumbai.

Purpose
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Pharma Solutions Business Group by enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the sales team across various regions. This position is dedicated to optimizing commercial processes. By doing so, the specialist ensures that the sales team can focus on their core responsibilities, ultimately driving growth and client satisfaction.

The Sales Operations Specialist will work with Account Managers, Sales Lead and Regional Head of Sales, Business Monitoring, Customer Care and the Excellence Team, Technical Developers and marketing

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

Sales Process Optimization (related to Market to Sales Agreement processes)
Streamlining and improving sales workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity. This involves identifying and implementing improvements in processes and systems, reducing administrative burdens, and ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across various departments: Sales Operations lead, Business Monitoring, Sales Excellence and all Internal stakeholders.
Support on Commercial activities
Managing Cross-functional projects: Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution (e.g. MSA/NDA, Consignment Stock)
Lead Management and Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead management and support pre-sales activities to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Supporting preparation of negotiation
Managing non-selling activities & support tasks of the sales team in the sales tools: CRM (Salesforce), BI tools, CPSO, and any others
Provide first line support for customer queries relating to technical, commercial, marketing, financial, regulatory or quality.
Process and complete all customer documentation requests, provide standard documentation to customers according to defined business KPIs.
Manage review and update of standard documentation and customer documentation in coordination with right SMEs
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Data Collection and Validation:

Gather sales data from various sources such as CRM systems, sales tools, and databases.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data by performing regular validation checks.

Performance Metrics Analysis:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to provide actionable insights.

Reporting:

Create standardized and ad-hoc reports to communicate sales performance, progress, and insights to stakeholders.
Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs).

Data-Driven Decision Support:

Provide data-driven recommendations to the sales team and management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Support sales strategies and initiatives with robust data analysis.
Customers data management:
Supervising & contributing to Customer Master data Management
Ensuring data quality and compliance mainly in CRM
Sales Training and Support:
Organizing and following on training organization for sales team and ensuring that the team is up to date on product and Process knowledge, working with Commercial Excellence and Human Resources.
Participate to onboarding of new team Members on tools and Processes

Specificities:

The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key transition role during integration phase to support the sales team: all steps of Sales Processes Prospection/ Territory management.

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years proven successful track record or first experience in sales operations or any other customer-oriented position experience supporting sales teams in B2B environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries.
Strong communication skills, and fluent in oral and writing English.
