Enterprise SaaS Sales Lead

Role – Enterprise SaaS Sales Lead
Location – Work from Home

At Mera.Work, we are looking for an experienced Sales Leader who is passionate about enterprise sales, Account-Based Selling (ABS), and building long-term customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to drive the growth of our HR SaaS platform by acquiring large enterprise customers across India, the US, and other international markets while working closely with senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

8–12 years of proven experience in SaaS product sales.
Strong experience in B2B IT software, HR products, and SaaS-based solution sales.
Proven experience in Account-Based Sales (ABS) for large enterprise customers.
Experience selling Indian-made SaaS products to SMBs and enterprise customers.
Strong ability to engage with CHROs, CXOs, and senior management in large enterprises.
Experience in mining enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities, and building strategic relationships.
Proven ability to independently close high-value deals worth ₹25 Lakhs or more, or confidence backed by a strong enterprise sales track record.
Self-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B SaaS product sales while achieving revenue and business targets.
Lead sales efforts for HR SaaS products.
Own and execute Account-Based Sales strategies for large enterprise customers.
Identify, prospect, and mine enterprise accounts while building relationships with CHROs, CXOs, and senior business leaders.
Expand SaaS product sales across India, the US, and other international markets.
Develop and execute market penetration strategies using digital marketing, social media, and outbound sales initiatives.
Manage relationships with multiple international clients and ensure long-term customer success.
Plan and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns tailored to Indian and global markets.
Lead pre-sales activities, including market research, business analysis, and strategic planning.
Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Operate independently while consistently driving business growth and revenue.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling HR Tech or HR SaaS products.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
Experience managing strategic accounts and complex enterprise opportunities.
Ability to build long-term executive relationships and influence business decisions.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
