Full job description

About the Role

We are hiring a Team Lead – Lead Generation to generate qualified leads and booked appointments from established marketing agencies in the UK and US, supporting our agency partnership (white-label outsourcing) business. This is a hands-on role covering LinkedIn outreach, ABM and targeted email marketing, and campaign content, with the opportunity to build and lead a team of 2–3 email marketing and 2–3 LinkedIn outreach executives.

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Outreach (UK/US)

Run structured LinkedIn outreach targeting founders, CEOs, and delivery heads at UK/US marketing agencies.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for precise account and prospect identification within the target ICP.
Operate LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, HeyReach, Waalaxy, or similar) safely, protecting account health.
Own connection sequences, personalized messaging, and follow-up cadences end to end.

2. Email Marketing — ABM & Targeted Campaigns

Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns: personalized, multi-touch sequences for named target agencies.
Execute targeted bulk cold email campaigns with deliverability discipline — domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, list hygiene, bounce management.
Operate platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Snov.io, or Woodpecker.

3. Content & Copy for ABM and Targeted Email

Write the outreach content yourself: email sequences, subject lines, LinkedIn messages, and InMails tailored to agency decision-makers in the UK/US.
Build account-specific messaging for ABM targets — referencing the prospect agency's services, clients, and likely outsourcing pain points.
Continuously A/B test copy and maintain a library of proven templates for the team to use.

4. Data Generation & List Building

Build verified prospect lists of UK/US marketing agencies using Apollo.io, Lusha, Snov.io, Sales Navigator, and enrichment workflows.
Maintain data quality: verification, deduplication, suppression lists, CRM hygiene.

5. Automation & Reporting

Set up automated outreach workflows across LinkedIn and email with minimal manual effort.
Track and report funnel metrics: contacts reached, reply rates, positive responses, appointments booked.

6. Appointment Setting

Convert positive replies into qualified discovery calls for the sales team, handling scheduling, reminders, no-show recovery, and pre-call notes.

7. Team Leadership

Guide, quality-check, and train the lead generation team; set daily/weekly activity and outcome targets.
Document winning approaches into SOPs and messaging playbooks.
Grow into full ownership of a 4–6 member team (email marketing + LinkedIn outreach) as results are delivered.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

4–5 years of hands-on outbound lead generation for international (UK/US) markets.
Personally operated both LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns end to end — data, copy, sequencing, and follow-up.
Strong ABM / targeted-campaign copywriting ability with excellent written English for UK/US decision-makers.
Working knowledge of at least one tool in each category: prospecting data (Apollo/Lusha/Snov.io), email sequencing (Instantly/Smartlead/Lemlist), LinkedIn automation (Expandi/Dripify or similar).
Clear aspiration and readiness to manage a team; prior experience mentoring or coordinating juniors.
Comfortable with a UK-shift, work-from-office schedule.

Preferred

Experience selling digital marketing, IT services, or white-label/outsourcing services.
Track record against booked-appointment targets (be ready to share numbers).
Familiarity with a CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) and simple automations (Zapier/Make).

Success Metrics

Verified, continuously growing database of target UK/US agencies.
Consistent monthly qualified appointments booked from the target ICP.
Healthy email deliverability and LinkedIn account safety metrics.
A trained, target-driven team operating on documented SOPs.
