Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our FMCG team and drive data‑driven decision‑making across fast‑moving consumer operations. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable insights. Your expertise in data analysis, supply chain processes and project management will empower teams to optimize procurement, streamline distribution and enhance overall performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge tools and methodologies in a fast‑paced FMCG environment committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, supply chain, procurement and marketing to gather, analyze and document business requirements aligned with FMCG growth strategies.
Analyze consumer, sales and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Propose and design process improvements and technical solutions that enhance procurement efficiency, vendor management and distribution networks.
Partner with IT and operations teams to implement solutions that align with FMCG business goals.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions for cross‑functional teams.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, translating requirements into technical specifications using diagramming tools.
Analyze large datasets from linked retail, supplier and logistics sources to develop recommendations for process optimization and new initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within FMCG or retail supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of analytics techniques and data analysis skills for consumer and operational datasets.
Hands‑on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating dashboards and reports.
Knowledge of database design principles and linked data concepts for integrating diverse FMCG data sources.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across procurement, supply chain and commercial teams.
