Design and refine conversational flows using platforms like Dialogflow CX.
Develop integration scripts using Python for backend system connectivity.
Analyze and debug conversational agent issues, applying strong problem-solving.
Contribute to defining project scope and requirements for AI solutions.
Test and optimize speech-to-text (STTS) and text-to-speech (TTS) functionalities.
Collaborate with senior engineers to comprehend complex system architectures.
Document conversational designs and technical specifications clearly.
