Position: HR & Admin Executive
Department: HR & Administration
Location: Sector 65, Faridabad
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can independently handle day-to-day HR and administration activities for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, attendance, recruitment support, documentation, office/factory administration, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities

Manage daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
Recruitment activities including job posting, Resume Arrangement, candidate screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain employee documents and personnel files.
Handle employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, warning letters, increment letters, experience letters, etc.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Maintain employee database and HR records.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
Support payroll processing by providing attendance, leave, and other required data.
Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Assist management in handling employee discipline and performance-related matters.
Coordinate training and employee development activities.

Admin Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office and factory administration activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and other service providers.
Maintain office stationery and administrative inventory.
Handle courier, dispatch, incoming and outgoing documents.
Coordinate office/factory maintenance and repair work.
Manage vendor coordination and administrative purchases.
Maintain records of AMC, utility bills, insurance, licenses, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and transportation and tickets booking when required.
Ensure proper cleanliness, discipline, and basic facilities at the office/factory.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
Support management in maintaining a smooth working environment.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour-related documentation.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Professional and disciplined approach towards work.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial company.
Experience in handling both office and factory/site employees will be preferred.
Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes will be an advantage.

Employee grievance and coordination.
