Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can drive the company's digital marketing initiatives, improve online visibility, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, backlink building, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

The candidate should be smart, analytical, self-driven, and capable of identifying growth opportunities while working closely with management and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage and improve the company's SEO performance through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Create and implement backlink-building strategies through guest posting, directory submissions, partnerships, and content outreach.
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance traffic and conversions.
Coordinate with content writers and designers for website, blog, and social media content.
Manage company profiles across various business directories and industry platforms.
Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Assist in managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
Research industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.
Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, SEO rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
Experience in backlink creation and outreach activities.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Familiarity with social media marketing platforms.
Strong communication and research skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience working with B2B businesses, exhibitions, events, or service-based industries is preferred.
