React Frontend Developer (React.js / React Native)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Experience: 5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced React Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience building modern, responsive, and high-performance web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.

You will be responsible for developing user-friendly interfaces, converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect applications, integrating REST APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
Optimize application performance across web and mobile platforms.
Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with React.js.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Hands-on experience with React Native for Android and iOS application development.
Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit, React Router, and modern state management.
Experience converting Figma designs into responsive, production-ready frontend applications.
Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, or other modern frontend build tools.
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library is an advantage.
