As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

Leading warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, material handling, picking, and dispatch of materials.

Coordinating with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time customer deliveries.

Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock verification, FIFO compliance, cycle counting, and timely system transactions in SAP/WMS.

Driving compliance with EHS, Quality, Customs, GST, and warehouse operating procedures while promoting a safe and organized workplace.

Supervising warehouse associates, contract labour, forklift operators, and 3PL personnel to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.

Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, documentation accuracy, safety, and overall performance.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 8+ years of warehouse and distribution experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Working knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/SD), MS Office, warehouse management systems, and inventory control processes. Knowledge of FEMA, PPAP, and APQP will be an advantage.

Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), EHS practices, FIFO, batch traceability, and warehouse documentation.

Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams, allocate work, and drive high performance.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
