Job Title: HR Recruiter – Overseas Recruitment

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Industry: Overseas Recruitment / Human Resources

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kochi. The role primarily focuses on sourcing and recruiting candidates for overseas job opportunities in the UAE/Qatar/Saudi (depending upon requirement). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduation Mandatory)
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for UAE vacancies
Handle candidate onboarding and document collection
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and daily reports
Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely mobilization
Meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
