Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

Interviewing: Conduct in-person, phone, or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ask relevant questions to evaluate their suitability for the position and the organization.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process. Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process. Conduct reference checks and verify employment eligibility for selected candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Familiarity with recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment purposes.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
