Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, highly responsible, and proactive individual to serve as an Office Assistant & Corporate Driver. This dual-role is crucial for maintaining efficient daily office operations and ensuring safe, punctual transportation. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, well-organized, and capable of managing both administrative support tasks and professional driving duties effectively. Key Responsibilities Corporate Driving & Vehicle Management:
Safely and punctually drive company vehicles for official business, including executive transport, client visits, external meetings, and staff errands. Perform routine pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all vehicles are clean, fuelled, and in excellent operational condition.
Coordinate and oversee scheduled vehicle maintenance, repairs, and documentation (e.g., insurance, registration) to ensure full compliance. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times. Office and Administrative Support: Execute office errands efficiently, including managing courier services, making bank deposits, purchasing necessary supplies, and handling external document delivery/pickup. Assist with general office upkeep and maintenance, ensuring common areas, meeting rooms, and office equipment are maintained and organized.
Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, sorting mail, and preparing documents as required by staff. Manage stock and organize office supplies, reporting low inventory to the Administration Head. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent basic education. Must possess a valid, clean driving license (relevant class) and a proven record of safe driving.
A minimum of 2-3 years preferable of proven experience in a similar driving and/or office support role is strongly preferred. Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations in [City/Region].
Physically fit and punctual, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Skills & Core Competencies Safe and Defensive Driving: Demonstrable commitment to safety and adherence to strict driving protocols.
Reliability & Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness when handling company assets, documents, and finances. Communication: Good verbal and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour.
Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as operational needs require. Basic Maintenance: Fundamental knowledge of vehicle mechanics for routine checks and minor troubleshooting
