Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Fresher to 1 Year
Industry Preference: Advertising / Creative / Digital Agency Experience Preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of projects, and overall client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, relationship management, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Candidates with prior experience or exposure to advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agencies will have an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day communication with clients through calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups
Understand client requirements, briefs, and project expectations clearly
Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, design, social media, production, and strategy teams for smooth project execution
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and maintain regular status updates with clients
Prepare meeting notes, briefs, reports, presentations, and project updates
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive client experience
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
Assist in campaign coordination, execution, and reporting activities
Follow up internally for deliverables and ensure timely closure of tasks
Address client concerns professionally and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams
Maintain trackers and documentation related to projects and client communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fresher to 2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Coordination, or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, or social media will be preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates from creative, advertising, media, PR, or digital agency backgrounds will be preferred
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Presentable and confident personality with good client handling skills
