Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with 7+ years of software testing experience and strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Insurance domain, Guidewire applications, and test automation framework development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
- Create and implement test strategies aligned with project and business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Guidewire applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca test automation.
- Strong experience in the Insurance domain.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with Guidewire applications.
- Experience in designing test strategies and developing automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with API testing and integration testing.
- Exposure to performance or non-functional testing.
- Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca or Guidewire.
