Senior Marketing Manager (Remote – India)

Company: Vishram Management Group (VMG)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Location: Remote (India)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CST)

Compensation: Up to ₹8,00,000 CTC per year

₹7,00,000 Fixed CTC
Up to ₹1,00,000 Annual Performance Bonus based on business and marketing KPIs.

Vishram Management Group (VMG) is a U.S.-based company operating multiple businesses across retail, grocery, restaurants, hospitality, and consumer services. We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help grow our brands through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and data-driven decision making.

If you enjoy building brands, increasing sales, managing high-performing marketing teams, and working directly with company leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer growth.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Increase website traffic, local SEO rankings, and online visibility.
Lead social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement.
Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.
Launch seasonal promotions, local marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Work closely with operations, retail, and restaurant teams to support sales growth.
Lead and mentor a remote marketing team including social media executives, graphic designers, and video editors.
Manage agencies, freelancers, and external marketing vendors when required.
Implement marketing automation and improve internal marketing processes.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.
2+ years of experience leading a marketing team.
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
SEO & Local SEO
Social Media Marketing
Content Marketing
Email Marketing
Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience managing marketing budgets and improving ROI.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

Retail
Grocery Stores
Restaurants / QSR
Hospitality
Consumer Brands
Franchise Businesses
Multi-location Businesses

Experience with AI marketing tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello) is a strong advantage.
