Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, acquire clients, manage sales opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our software development services and SaaS products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and experience in IT services or software sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across various industries
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals & networking, business directories, and industry events
IT Services Sales
- Promote and sell custom software development, web development, mobile app development, ERP & CRM solutions, and IT consulting services
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
SaaS & Product Sales
- Demonstrate and sell Aquison's Inventory Management Software
- Engage with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and SMEs
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations
Online Bidding & Proposal Management
- Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
- Prepare customized proposals and project quotations
- Respond to inquiries and convert opportunities into meetings
Sales Cycle Management
- Conduct discovery and requirement-gathering calls
- Schedule client meetings and demos
- Prepare proposals and estimates
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Follow up consistently and close deals
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, BCA, BBA, IT, or related field
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
- Understanding of sales pipelines and CRM processes
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
