Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage jewellery assortments based on customer demand, sales trends, and seasonal requirements.
Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and vendors for product development, sourcing, and timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouses to ensure optimum stock availability.
Analyze sales performance and identify fast-moving and slow-moving products to improve inventory efficiency.
Prepare purchase orders and track production and delivery schedules.
Coordinate stock transfers, replenishment, and new collection launches across retail stores.
Ensure all products meet quality standards, hallmarking, certification, and company specifications.
Maintain accurate product, inventory, and purchase records in the ERP system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in jewellery merchandising, buying, inventory planning, or retail merchandising.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
