Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Customer service The person is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by supervising daily operations and supporting the service team. They handle escalated customer issues provide solutions and maintain service quality standards. The role requires strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills. Additionally they assist in training staff monitoring performance and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience Key Responsibilities: - Process customer orders returns and exchanges accurately in ERP/CRM systems - Support sales representatives with quotations product information and account management - Handle customer inquiries via phone/email and resolve issues promptly - Coordinate with logistics inventory and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment - Maintain customer records pricing details and contract information - Assist in upselling/cross-selling relevant products and services - Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales teams
