Full job description

Location: Chennai (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry-level (0–3 years) . We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Director across both organizations. This is a dynamic, high-trust role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and working closely with leadership. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across teams, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and follow-ups
Coordinate communication between staff, departments, and external stakeholders across both organizations
Maintain and organize data, records, and documentation; prepare reports, summaries, and comparisons as needed
Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion of priorities
Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners on behalf of the Director
Manage correspondence (email, calls, messages) and draft written communication when required
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Support ad hoc personal and professional errands and projects as directed by the Director

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
