Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Job Summary

Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs and services.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

AI & Modern Development Skills (Preferred)

Candidates should have a basic understanding of AI technologies and experience integrating AI features into web applications, including:

Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM services.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
Experience building AI-powered features like chatbots, content generation, document summarization, or recommendation systems.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts (preferred).
Knowledge of AI SDKs, REST API integration, and AI model deployment is a plus.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
