Our focus is on securing and executing government projects related to websites, portals, applications, branding, and online marketing through platforms like GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager who understands government bidding specifically for IT, web, and digital marketing categories.
Role Overview
The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process on GeM, from identifying relevant opportunities to submitting compliant, high-quality proposals for web development and digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant GeM tenders related to web development, software, UI/UX, branding, SEO, digital marketing, and IT services
- Analyse RFPs, BOQs, and eligibility criteria for digital/IT projects
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals on GeM
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing, finance) to collect inputs
- Ensure full compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement norms
- Manage documentation, certifications, pricing uploads, and timelines
- Maintain a tender tracker and bid documentation repository
- Monitor results, clarifications, and post-bid communications
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Proven experience as a Tender Manager / Bid Specialist for government IT, web, or digital marketing projects
✔ Strong hands-on experience with the GeM portal
✔ Clear understanding of web development and digital marketing services (important)
✔ Experience preparing proposals for:
- Website / portal development
- eCommerce projects
- UI/UX & branding
- SEO, social media, digital campaigns
✔ Excellent proposal writing, formatting, and documentation skills
✔ Highly detail-oriented with strong deadline management
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with CPP Portal / state e-tender portals
- Familiarity with IT service pricing models
- Prior success in winning government digital or web projects
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Open to discussion)
