Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and versatile Driver & Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This dual-role position is essential for ensuring both smooth administrative workflows and the safe, timely transportation of personnel, documents, and materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a clean driving record, and is comfortable handling basic clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Logistics:

Safely drive company vehicles to transport executives, staff, clients, or guests to various locations as instructed.
Pick up and deliver important documents, packages, and office supplies.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the company vehicle(s).
Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections.
Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel expenses.
Plan optimal travel routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.

Office Support & Administration:

Assist with general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic data entry.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing couriers.
Monitor office and pantry supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
Greet visitors or clients arriving at the office and direct them appropriately.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy office environment.
Provide general support to the administrative team and management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensing: A valid driver's license with a completely clean driving history.
Experience: Prior experience as a corporate driver, chauffeur, or delivery driver, along with experience in a general office or administrative role.
Skills:
Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
Basic computer literacy (familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace).
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Attributes: Highly punctual, trustworthy, and professional, with excellent verbal communication skills and a polite demeanor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
