Operations & Growth Intern | SportUp
SportUp is building the operating system and marketplace for the health & fitness industry, helping sports facilities, gyms, fitness studios, and academies operate, grow, and monetise more effectively.
We're looking for an Operations & Growth Intern to work directly with the founders and help scale our partner network across Kolkata.
What You'll Do
- Visit sports facilities, gyms, and fitness businesses across the city.
- Build relationships with owners, managers, coaches, and community leaders.
- Support onboarding and adoption of the SportUp platform.
- Help drive app downloads and engagement through colleges, sports groups, and fitness communities.
- Assist with business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about sports, fitness, startups, or entrepreneurship.
- Confident speaking to new people and building relationships.
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
- Strong communication skills.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
