Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
