About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Manager – Strategy to drive business growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, business analytics, pricing strategy, and performance improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing frameworks, monitoring business performance, and providing data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making across real estate and aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement project-wise and annual business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Define growth plans, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives to improve business performance.
Support leadership in developing short-term and long-term business roadmaps.
Analyze business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth and profitability.
2. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research on pricing trends, demand patterns, inventory movement, and competitor strategies.
Analyze micro-market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.
Track industry developments and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Recommend strategic actions based on market shifts and competitive analysis.
3. Pricing & Product Strategy
Develop pricing frameworks, discounting strategies, and promotional approaches to optimize revenue and profitability.
Analyze product mix, unit performance, demand trends, and market positioning.
Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for pricing decisions and offer effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve product performance and business outcomes.
4. Sales Performance & Analytics
Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion ratios, channel productivity, and customer acquisition metrics.
Analyze sales performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
Create dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports for leadership review.
Identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
Provide insights to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and revenue growth.
5. Channel & Business Development Strategy
Evaluate channel partner performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Analyze channel productivity, incentive structures, and expansion opportunities.
Support business development initiatives and institutional sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign ROI and lead quality improvement.
6. Business Analytics & Decision Support
Develop analytical models and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Track key business metrics and performance indicators.
Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Support leadership presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Projects, and Legal teams to ensure effective strategy execution.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Support organizational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong understanding of real estate markets, pricing, sales lifecycle, and business performance metrics.
Experience in strategic planning, analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
