As the VP of the ServiceNow platform, you will lead the design, assessment, enhancement, and integration of advanced ServiceNow solutions for LPL. You will serve as a trusted advisor, steering strategic engagements and overseeing technical excellence from discovery through delivery. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow and in integrating with enterprise platforms, you will drive clarity, direction, and innovation in ambiguous and high-impact client environments.
Own ServiceNow product roadmap and delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes
Provide technical leadership and vision for the architecture, design, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business objectives and industry best practices
Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities, limitations, and optimal use, demonstrating how the platform can address business needs and accelerate digital transformation
Architect and manage integrations between ServiceNow and key enterprise systems
Champion AI-driven enhancements (predictive intelligence, AI search) and automation initiatives
Guide requirements gathering by collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and translate business, functional, and technical needs into robust solution designs
Apply structured thinking and project execution methodologies to deliver clarity, actionable plans, and successful outcomes in complex environments
Establish, enforce, and champion technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols for all ServiceNow implementations and integrations
Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, integration specifications, and operational guides for client solutions
Facilitate effective, transparent communication with executive stakeholders, business users, developers, and project managers, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively assess emerging ServiceNow features, integration technologies, and market trends, recommending enhancements and innovations for client benefit
Mentor and develop technical team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years ServiceNow experience; 5+ years in a lead role
Demonstrated ability to lead and operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, providing clarity and structure through technical leadership and a consultative approach
Deep technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), ITSM, IRM, Vulnerability Response and integrations.
Demonstrated skill in designing secure, scalable, and reliable integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges
Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology solutions to broader organizational goals
Extensive, progressive experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Lead Developer working with the ServiceNow platform
Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in financial industry
Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing technical talent.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across Business, Operations, and Technology
Passion for learning and staying at the forefront of technology trends.
Understanding of AI capabilities leveraging Now Assist or other GenAI tools
