Full job description

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Ambulance Driver cum Office Assistant to join our imaging diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for safely transporting patients to and from the center and assisting with basic administrative and office duties when not engaged in driving tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Ambulance Driving Duties:

Safely operate the ambulance to transport patients to and from the diagnostic center, hospitals, or residences.
Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of patients as per the schedule.
Maintain the ambulance in clean and working condition; check fuel, oil, and other essential vehicle parameters daily.
Assist patients in boarding and alighting from the ambulance, ensuring comfort and safety.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance.

Office / Administrative Duties:

Assist front-desk staff with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Help in maintaining patient records and reports.
Support staff in managing appointments, courier handling, and document delivery.
Ensure the smooth movement of reports and files between departments when needed.
Perform any other administrative support tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a driver (experience in healthcare or ambulance driving preferred).
Basic education (High School or equivalent); additional computer or office management skills are an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to assist patients if required.
Responsible, punctual, and with a good understanding of confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
