Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Job Overview

Blue Monkfish Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Develop secure, high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Participate in technical architecture and development planning.
Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

AI & Modern Development (Preferred)

Candidates with exposure to AI technologies will have an added advantage.

Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
Experience building AI-powered features like chatbots, content generation, document summarization, or recommendation systems.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with AI SDKs, REST API integrations, and AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
