Available Openings:
- Commis 1 (Hot/Main Kitchen): Focuses on precision butchery, specialized marinades, and hot line support.
- Commis 2 (Cold/Appetizers): Manages the Garde Manger, executing refined salads, small bites, and utilizing fresh, foraged estate ingredients.
- Commis 3 (Bakery/Hygiene): Handles artisanal baking, base desserts, daily inventory receiving, and strict kitchen sanitation schedules.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria: Education
- Formal food safety and hygiene certifications (like HACCP or FSSAI) are highly valued & will be given preference.
- Fluent English (Reading & Writing) is non-negotiable for menu engineering and guest communication. Spoken Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Minimum Experience: Candidates looking for an easy, slow paced resort job should strictly not apply. Lazy, indisciplined, unhygienic or textbook-only chefs need not apply; trade tests & interviews will be highly rigorous.
Core Focus & Skills Required for all Chef positions:
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of in continental, Indian, Asian, local & regional cuisines with good understanding of grilling, sauces, salads, deserts, plating techniques;
- Ability to, manage and coordinate kitchen & F&B staff efficiently during service;
- Understands food costing, portion control, inventory management, and minimizing waste management.
- Absolute mastery over kitchen discipline, sanitation, and proactive organizational flow.
- Willingness to train junior kitchen teams and align with F&B serving staff protocols.
- Detail oriented, ensuring guest satisfaction, hygienic, punctual, disciplined and works well under pressure;
Strict Contractual Terms: Job Type: Full-Time, 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract.
- Compensation & Long-Term Benefits: Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable for top-tier 5 Star Commie profiles based on actual experience, merit, 2 year commitment, interview & trade test performance).
- Joining Bonus - (valid ONLY for candidates joining on or before August 15th 2026), i.e 15 days of agreed salary to be paid 3 months after signing employment contract.
