Full job description

Role Summary

The HR Admin Executive will support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination across employee records, onboarding, attendance, compliance, office administration, and internal communication. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage HR support activities in a fast-paced industrial organisation with multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Monitor the day-to-day office activities.
Need to handle the operations.
Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding formalities.
Handle attendance tracking, leave records, and employee database updates.
Assist with payroll inputs, reimbursements, and full-and-final documentation.
Coordinate employee joining, exit, and induction processes.
Support statutory compliance documentation and HR policy implementation.
Manage office administration tasks, vendor coordination, and general support activities.
Draft letters, memos, notices, and internal communication.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Coordinate with finance, operations, and management teams for HR-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Track renewals, office supplies, attendance-related issues, and administrative follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, marine, industrial, or similar sectors.
Familiarity with attendance systems, HR databases, and payroll coordination.
Knowledge of basic labour law compliance and HR processes.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
A proactive and service-oriented approach.
