Location: On-site – Agarwal Farm, Sector 9, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302020
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience & Skill Set)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive projects from concept to deployment while ensuring engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.
Design scalable system architecture and develop robust web applications.
Convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and maintain software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UI/UX, QA, and Business stakeholders.
Plan and manage Agile sprints, ensuring timely project delivery.
Identify technical risks and implement effective solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Oversee deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
