Full job description

We are looking for experienced Credit Managers for our existing and upcoming branches in Maharashtra at Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Aurangabad and Kolhapur.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

Assessment and recommendation of loan proposals (LAP & unsecured BL)
Physical meetings with customers, assessment of undocumented income and customer/ business profile.
Preparation of CAMs, recommending and taking approvals from Sanctioners, and managing all credit related deliverables
Managing all pre-disbursement activities in Branch including verification of loan documents in compliance with sanction letter and internal policies, managing the assigned tasks in LOS, seeking PDD/ OTC approvals and tracking them to closure, as well as assisting Central Ops team in MIS, returns, reconciliation etc.
Delivering analytical quality & TAT as per expected standards for all loan proposals
Engaging with Sales teams, Sanctioners and Central Operations team to drive closure of loan transactions
Provide relevant & regular inputs for creation / refinement of Credit policy and Operations processes
Monitor and track the portfolio health & performance and manage portfolio delinquency
Responsible for managing the risk and credit practices in line with the Risk Policy framework
Drive and support other miscellaneous initiatives as part of risk / credit / operations/ business from time to time

Required Skills and Experience:

3 yrs+ of relevant experience in the NBFC industry (BL/ LAP) including PD experience
Exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in small ticket business lending (secured and unsecured)
Should have local market knowledge of key industries, high risk localities and understanding of property papers, acceptable collateral etc.
Should be conversant with legal documentation for secured and unsecured loans.
Early joiners will be preferred
