Sr. Manager - IT Finance & Corporate Strategy
This exciting and highly impactful leadership role plays a key part in Momentive’s digital transformation, responsible for shaping and advancing IT solutions that support our Finance and Corporate Strategy functions. As a key business partner within a highly collaborative and energized IT organization, this role drives the architecture, design, development, implementation, and support of ERP and related systems, guiding the evolution from legacy platforms to modern, forward looking solutions that enable business growth and innovation related solutions in Finance & Corporate Strategy functions.

Lead, mentor, and develop high performing global team of functional, technical, and business system professionals to execute strategy, projects, and support for all IT Finance systems.

Help drive the strategic transition from SAP to a custom built ERP platform, shaping the future of Finance technology at Momentive.

Work directly with the CFO, Sr. Directors, and all related leaders to drive and develop the long-term strategy for Finance and Corporate Strategy while ensuring short-term and operational aspects are operating properly.

Collaborate with IT, Business, and other cross-functional teams for the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of ERP Solutions.

Lead, assist and participate in the design, implementation, and support of key Finance & Corporate Strategy processes in the ERP environment.

Assist, participate, identify and/or perform configuration / development activities within the ERP FI/CO module including General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System/Internal Orders, and Asset Accounting

Understand the current state of SAP FICO solutions and provide the right strategy and solutions for the future.

Lead and participate in design workshops to identify and address solution and process design challenges, driving recommendations and enhancements across Finance, Corporate Strategy, and related business functions.

Champion user adoption through training, enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Train and develop personnel to attain and maintain technical proficiency and competency based skills.
The following are required for the role
Minimum Qualifications:

Min 15+ years of experience leading the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Finance processes within enterprise ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of core Finance and Accounting processes and systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Management Reporting, Planning, and Financial Controls.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP integrations across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and other enterprise business functions.
- Experience involvement in large scale ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, system migrations, or major business application projects.
- Atleast 3-5+ years of proven people leadership, project management, or program leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Finance executives and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills with the ability to balance long term vision and operational execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, change management practices, and IT governance processes.
- Experience working in global organizations, including on/offshore, as well as working with Virtual teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Finance or Accounting Background / Other related experience

Experience in international or global ERP implementation and deployments

Experience with Java development, including application support, integrations, and enterprise system development.

Experience with financial close and consolidation solutions, including OneStream, Blackline, and other finance related add on applications.

Knowledge of IT finance transformation, process automation, and ERP ecosystem integrations is a plus.

Experience in SAP Finance and Controlling
