Soft Skills Trainer:

A Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip students with the interpersonal, communication, and professional skills required for academic success, internships, and future careers. The trainer helps students build confidence, improve employability, and prepare for placement opportunities through interactive and practical learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct soft skills training sessions for students.
Deliver training on communication skills, personality development, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, interview skills, group discussions, workplace etiquette, and career readiness.
Develop training materials, activities, assessments, and learning resources.
Mentor and coach students to improve confidence, public speaking, and professional behavior.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with faculty and placement teams to align training with academic and industry requirements.
Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and employability enhancement activities.
Track student participation, performance, and training outcomes.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and mentoring abilities.
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (English, Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Education, or related fields preferred).
Experience in soft skills training, teaching, student mentoring, or career development is preferred.
Relevant certifications in training, communication, or personality development are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
