Role Summary:
- This position is primarily responsible for developing new technology to meet the needs of our customers as well as internal technical strategies by performing the following duties.
- Engineer for the production facility
- Coordinator for the production process.
General Responsibilities:
- To assist and complete production processes, in line with in the schedules and deadlines.
- Oversees the daily Operations of the Manufacturing facility
- Plan, coordinate, execute, complete and dispatch projects effectively by maintaining companies Quality & standards.
- Work with production team to develop, evaluate, and optimize cost-effective production processes.
- Contractors labour management
- Supervising the work of Contractors, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve production troubles, and provide technical information.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Regular review of activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Help exceed Company turnover and Operations Goals
- Set and maintain productivity and quality standards
- Ensure Customer excellence and delivery of Quality products
- Oversee inventory in the stores.
- Reduce wastage of power, material, paints, oil & gas, etc.,
- Schedule regular maintenance in the production facility
- Schedule Plant meetings, Safety meetings, etc.,
- Ensuring accurate ERP data entry by respective departments
- Drawing interpretation and Cutting plan checking
- To determine production process according to the requirements
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Overseeing production processes
- Production rescheduling based on the customer or commercial requirement
- Coordination for organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments and machineries
- Determining quality control standards in each products
- To maintain the overall quality control in each production process
- Coordination for Customer visit / Inspection
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations
- Organising for three shift and Sunday shift operation
- To Monitoring in each workcentre and ensure the production schedule
- To monitoring overall housekeeping in all workforce
- Production process data updation
- Contractors monthly bill checking and submission to F&A department
- To workout the labour cost for product manufacturing
- To update and maintain the In house rate schedule
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience : 4 Years & above
Industrial Type : Energy / Manufacturing / Industrial/ Production/ Machinery/ Automotive/Bus Manufacturing
