Your work profile
- Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
- Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
- Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.
Key skills required
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, and enhancements.
- Configure FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, CCA, PCA, IO, Product Costing, COPA).
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, MM, SD, and PP teams.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Resolve production issues.
- Lead/Support SAP New GL Migration projects.
- Configure ledgers, document splitting, parallel accounting, and FI-CO integration.
- Execute migration phases: pre-checks, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance and support Classic GL to New GL/S/4HANA migration.
- Lead and mentor consultants.
- Work with finance, business, auditors, and IT teams.
- Conduct workshops and provide project status updates.
- Strong SAP FICO configuration and support experience.
- Hands-on New GL Migration experience.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA Finance.
- Understanding of IDOCs, LSMW, BDC, and data migration.
- Strong finance/accounting knowledge (IFRS, GAAP).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- 7–10 years of SAP FICO experience.
- 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Minimum 1 SAP New GL Migration project.
- Strong FI-CO integration experience.
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance.
- SAP FICO Certification.
- S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Manufacturing, Retail, or Service industry experience.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Noida
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
