As we continue to scale, we are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and execution-focused Human Resource Executive who can work directly with the Founder and leadership team.
This is not a conventional HR role. It is a leadership-track opportunity for someone who aspires to become the Founder's trusted partner in driving people, operations, strategy, and organizational growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented Human Resource Executive who will act as the Founder's Right Hand and play a critical role in executing strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking complete ownership of responsibilities, solving problems independently, coordinating across departments, and ensuring that execution happens efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (End-to-End)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities.
- Employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, HRMS, and HR operations.
- Employee grievance handling and workplace discipline.
- HR policy implementation and compliance.
2. Administration (End-to-End)
- Manage office administration and day-to-day facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Maintain company assets, records, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning across all office locations.
3. Operations Management (End-to-End)
- Monitor day-to-day organizational operations.
- Track project execution and departmental productivity.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive accountability and process adherence.
4. Strategy & Execution
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic business initiatives.
- Research new business opportunities, market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business documentation.
- Convert ideas into actionable execution plans and monitor progress.
- Support organizational planning and process improvement initiatives.
5. Public Relations & Corporate Representation
- Represent Osumare Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at domestic and international business events whenever required.
- Attend conferences, seminars, networking events, exhibitions, industry meetups, award ceremonies, corporate gatherings, and business parties.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, industry leaders, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally while strengthening the company's brand and reputation.
6. Executive Assistant to the Director
- Assist the Director in day-to-day business activities.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, schedules, follow-ups, and priorities.
- Coordinate communication across multiple departments and company locations.
- Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives assigned by the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), reports, and action trackers.
7. Leadership & Special Projects
- Lead and coordinate high-priority organizational projects.
- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure accountability across teams.
- Take ownership of special assignments from the Founder and Management.
- Execute any business-critical responsibilities assigned by the Director or Management to support organizational growth.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
