Job Description
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions analyze and optimize application performance and scalability Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
