Full job description

Job Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Facilitate communication between employees and management to address issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management:
Assist with the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and support the implementation of training programs.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits and leave requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
