Role Overview

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and detail-oriented Content & Documentation Associate with strong English writing skills, content writing experience, and the ability to use AI tools effectively to complete work with speed, structure, and accuracy.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys writing, drafting, proofreading, research, documentation, content structuring, editing, and organizing information.

The ideal candidate should not simply follow instructions mechanically. We are looking for someone who can think clearly, understand the purpose of a task, use available tools smartly, and produce clean, well-structured, high-quality work.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 80% in Class 10 and Class 12.
Minimum 60% in Graduation.
Education from an English-medium school is mandatory.
Prior experience in content writing, documentation, research writing, blogging, professional writing, or similar written-content work is required.
Strong written English with good grammar, sentence structure, clarity, and flow.
Fluent spoken English for internal communication and coordination.
Practical knowledge of using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for writing, research, drafting, editing, summarizing, organizing information, and improving work output.
Ability to use AI intelligently, while also reviewing, correcting, refining, and fact-checking the output instead of blindly copying it.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Good time management and ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
Disciplined, responsible, and sincere approach toward work.
Open to learning new skills and handling different types of responsibilities based on business requirements.
Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused, and performance-oriented environment.

Key Expectations

The role may involve a mix of writing, research, documentation, editing, content organization, internal coordination, and operational support.

The selected candidate may be expected to:

Draft, edit, and organize written content in clear and professional English.
Use AI tools to support writing, research, summarization, formatting, and content development.
Review AI-generated content carefully and improve it for accuracy, clarity, grammar, tone, and structure.
Conduct basic research and organize information in a clear, usable format.
Prepare structured documents, notes, summaries, and internal drafts.
Follow instructions carefully and convert rough inputs into polished written work.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across assigned tasks.
Manage deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
Support the team in different areas depending on business needs and individual capability.
