SPOK Digital is a digital marketing agency focused on helping brands grow through creative, performance-driven digital marketing strategies. We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve business and lead-generation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and landing pages.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance insights.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Proven experience managing paid campaigns and generating measurable results.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel, tracking, and conversion measurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple client accounts is a plus.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
