Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research. Develop detailed specifications and use cases.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Propose solutions and strategies to enhance business performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance. Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other business units to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements.
Project Management Support: Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure expectations are aligned, and business needs are understood and delivered.
