Field Sales Executive

Company: Gatezen

Gatezen is a fast-growing technology startup providing a smart Visitor Management System for residential societies and gated communities. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to help expand our presence by introducing our solution to residential communities across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Visit residential societies and gated communities within the assigned area.
Meet Society Secretaries, Chairpersons, Committee Members, and Society Managers.
Present and demonstrate the Gatezen Visitor Management System.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain professional relationships.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable with field sales and daily travel within the assigned territory.
Should have own Laptop and Smartphone .
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
